1. سياستنا هذه تخبرك عن كل ما يتعلق بطرقنا في الخدمة والخزن والحفظ والربط الألكتروني 
 
2. الفائدة من خدمة البريد الالكتروني :  
-إن خدمات البراق المقدمة إليك مشروطة بقبولك بدون أي تعديل في العبارات أو الظروف المتلقة باستخدام هذة الخدمة وكما هو مسرود في بنود هذة الاتفاقية. 
-هذه الخدمة مقدمة لمساعدة مستخدمي الإنترنت وبشكل رئيسي لتتيح للمستخدمين ارسال واستلام البريد الألكتروني الشخصي . 
-اي استخدام لخدمة البريد الآلي لأغراض غير قانونية ممنوع منعا باتا وبأي شكل من الأشكال ولن يقوم البراق بتشجيع ذلك أو السكوت عليه. 
بكلمات أخرى لا يسمح للأعضاء ان يستخدموا هذه الخدمة لإرسال واستلام مواد غير قانونية او مؤذية او لا أخلاقية أو عدائية أو غير طبيعية كما لا يسمح للأعضاء بهذه الخدمة ان يرسلوا او يستلموا رسائل متتابعة وكما لا يسمح لهم ان يضايقوا الآخرين برسائل الكترونية . 
- لن تكون البراق مسؤولة باي حال من الأحوال عن اي استخدام غير قانوني لهذه الخدمة . 
- لن تقوم البراق بتشجيع او تمرير مثل هكذا استعمال ولن يقوم البراق باي حال من الحوال باستخدام هذه الخدمة لأغراض غير محددة هنا . 
حيث لن يتوانى البراق عن اتخاذ جميع الإجراءات الضرورية لوقف اي استخدام غير قانوني لهذه الخدمة . 
-لا يضمن البراق بان تلبي هذه الخدمة احتياجات المستخدم وما لا يضمن توقفها او عدم انتظامها او سريتها او عدم وجود اخطاء، كما لا يضمن البراق النتائج التي يمكن الحصول عليها من استعمال الخدمة او الدقة والفاعلية في الحصول على المعلومات من خلال هذه الخدمة . 
-على العضو ان يفهم ويوافق على ان اية مادة او /و معلومات محملة او غيرها تم الحصول عليها من استعمال هذه الخدمة قد تمت على عاتق ومسؤولية العضو نفسه وسيكون العضو هو المسؤول فقط عن اي تلف لنظام الحاسوب الخاص به او عن اي خسارة في المعلومات التي تنتج من تحميل هكذا مادة و / او ببيانات . 
 
3. خزن البريد الألكتروني :  
كجزء من خدمة البريد الألكتروني للبراق يزود العضو بخمس ميجا بايت للخزن الألكتروني للأغراض الشخصية فقفط وعلى العضو ان يتدبر بمساحة خزنة الشخصية لجعل قدرة الخزن ادنى من خمس ميجا بايت وذلك بحفظ أهم البريد الالكتروني الشخصي في الحاسوب الخاص بالعضو . 
 
4. الإحتفاظ بالبريد الألكتروني :  
البريد الألكتروني المتاح خزنه للأعضاء محدد بأشكال المساحة والوقت التي يخزن بها البريد الألكتروني فبعض البريد الألكتروني لا يمكن حفظه او قد يحذف بسبب انماط القيود هذه . 
حيث سيقوم البراق بحذف وبشكل اتوماتيكي اي حساب لبريد الكتروني غير مستخدم لمدةا تجاوزت 60 يوما, ولن يكون البراق مسؤولا عن اي حذف او عن عدم قدرة المستخدم في الإيصال او الأستلام او الخزن للبريد الألكتورني او لأي معلومات أخرى . 
 
5. الربط للبريد الألكتروني :  
عند استخدام حساب العضو في البراق يجب ان لا يتم ارسال رسائل الكترونية او نوع من الربط تزيد مساحتها عن واحد ميجا بايت حيث لن يرسل البراق او يستلم اي رسائل او عمليات ربط يزيد حجمها من واحد ميجا بايت . 
 
6. تغيير هذه السياسة :  
يمكن للبراق ان يغير هذه السياسة في وقت وذلك بتغيير او إزالة الأشكال الموجودة او اضافة اشكال جديدة من الرموز بدونو اعلام مسبق . وقد تأخذ هذه التغييرات شكل سياسة جديدة تماما 
سيقوم البراق باعلام العضو عن اي تغييرات مدونة بتاريخه ومرسلة بالبريد على موقعنا في الشبكة . ويقوم البراق باتخاذ الإجراءات من التاريخ المرسل على موقع الشبكة . 
 
7. الإيقاف  
يمكن للعضو او للبراق ان يوقفف الخدمة بسبب او بدون سبب وبأي وقت دون اعلام مسبق . ولن يكون البراق مسؤولا امام العضو او امام اي طرف ثالث عن ايقاف هذة الخدمة 
يحتفظ البراق بحقه في ايقاف العضوية المقدمة للخدمات بأي وقت وبدون اعلام إن كانت الأحوال والظروف والملاحظات المدونة هنا قد اخترقت من قبل العضو .

2. Email service use  
ALBURAQ services offered to you conditioned on your acceptance without modification of the terms, conditions, and notices contained herein. This email service is offered for the benefit of the Internet community, mainly to allow users to send and receive personal electronic mail. Any usage of the email service for illegal purposes is strictly prohibited and shall in no way be endorsed or encouraged by ALBURAQ, as shall be specified hereunder. IN other words, Members are not allowed to use this service to send and receive materials that are considered unlawful, harassing, libelous, offensive or vulgar. Members are not allowed to use this service to send and receive chain letters. Members are not allowed to use this service to spam others with e-mail messages. 
ALBURAQ shall in no way be responsible for any unlawful usage of the service. ALBURAQ shall in no way endorse or encourage unlawful usage of this service.
ALBURAQ shall in no way use this service for purposes other than those specified hereunder. ALBURAQ shall take necessary measures to cease any unlawful usage of this service. ALBURAQ makes no warranty that the service will meet your requirements, or that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error free; nor does ALBURAQ make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the service or as to the accuracy or reliability of any information obtained through the service Member understands and agrees that any material and/or data downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the service is done at member's own discretion and risk and that member will be solely responsible for any damage to member's his/her computer system or loss of data that results from the download of such material and/or data. 
 
3. Email storage  
As a part of ALBURAQ email service, Member is provided with 5 Megabytes (MB) of email storage for personal use only. Member must manage his/her personal storage space to keep it below 5MB by saving important emails to member's own computer. 
 
4. Email retention  
Email storage available to members is limited in terms of space and time emails will be stored. Some emails may not be processed or may be deleted because of these types of limitations. Un accessed email account will be hosted by ALBURAQ for 60 days, after this time limit it will be automatically deleted.. ALBURAQ will not be responsible or liable for deletion or your inability to deliver, retrieve or store emails or other information. 
 
5. Email attachments  
When using ALBURAQ Member account, you must not send email messages or attachments, which are larger than 1MB. ALBURAQ will not send/receive any messages and attachments larger than 1MB. 
 
6. Changing this policy  
ALBURAQ may change this policy at any time by changing or removing existing terms or adding new ones with out any prior notice. Changes may take the form of a completely new policy. ALBURAQ will inform the Member about any changes by posting an updated policy on our Web site. Any change ALBURAQ makes applies from the date we post it on the Web site. 
 
7. Termination  
Either Member or ALBURAQ may terminate the service with or without cause at any time without any prior notice. ALBURAQ shall not be liable to Member or any third party for termination of service. ALBURAQ reserves the right to terminate membership access to its services at any time, without notice if terms, conditions, and notices contained herein are violated by the Member.
